About

ComFIT - Community Fitness.
We started ComFIT during the first Sheltering-In-Place period. Initially, we were only a few people, just with a timer, and a shared screen, continuing to develop using a synchronized design format and being up to 15 people per session. With the opening of in person training, the number decreaed, but we still have a consistent community of 4-6 people per training. What I really love about it 1: it's reallly convenient, I get my workouts in first thing in the morning without going to the gym, 2: I love seeing the community, e.g. I keep working out with my family although living on the other site of the world. 3: as the team lead, I have full control about what exercises we will be doing and I can motivate my friends. This is the goal for the next step in website development, that everyone can create their own workout circle and become the motivator for their peers.
