How to use "Create your own workout!"
Enter the number of rounds (repetition of exercises), the duration of how long a single exercise should last and pick a day and time when the workout should start - clicking the right toggle adds the current time and opens a window for selction. You can pick a number of randomly chosen exercises or pick as many as you wish from the list below. Finally, you can copy the workout link and share it with your friends or directly transition to the workout.
